MISSION MOON – 2018/9
FIRST LEGO League Jr.* is designed to introduce STEM concepts to kids ages 6 to 10 while exciting them through a brand they know and love − LEGO®.
Guided by adult coaches and FIRST® Core Values, students build models using LEGO® Education WeDo v2.0 and create Show Me posters to present what they learned. The program focuses on building interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through a real-world challenge – to be solved by research, critical thinking, and imagination.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
We have 25 x FREE FIRST LEGO League ‘Mission Moon’ Application Packs
up for grabs for the first 25 applications we receive.
Each Application Pack shall consist of:
a) FLL Jr 1 x Team Registration (2 – 6 members (aged 6 – 10 years) + 1 adult mentor)
b) LEGO Education ‘Mission Moon’ Inspire Set consisting of over 693 LEGO® bricks and parts (to add to your existing WeDo v2 set).
c) FLL Jr Engineer’s Notebook
d) FLL Jr Team Meeting Guide
e) FLL Jr Training session for Mentors
Each and Every Team member will also receive:
1) A unique FIRST LEGO League Jr Medal
2) A ‘Mission Moon’ Certificate of Participation
3) A Free Snack + Drink during the final Expo session on the 27th November 2019
4) A fantastic learning experience and other possible gifts!
